Our Verdict

Stargate Megaways is definitely one for sci-fi enthusiasts and fans of the movie. Still, there is something there for any slot fan looking to experience something a bit different from the norm. The bonus trail offers a different way into the free spins, albeit slightly tricky to reach, in all fairness.

The game cleverly uses the Stargate with the Megaways reels arching inside the famous travelling device. Yet, it’s the abundance of random modifiers that should keep players on their toes during the base game and free spins. Expanding wilds, cash prizes, and multipliers are always welcome, too.

All in all, it’s a slot that delivers a lot of entertainment. Still, we can’t help feeling that SG Digital has left a little behind for perhaps a sequel in the not-too-distant future.
