Although the gameplay of Striker Goes Wild takes a little getting used to, the game controls are fairly intuitive.

Striker Goes Wild Bonus Features 

The football is the game’s Wild symbol, but it doesn’t appear on the reels at all during the base game. And it doesn’t feature on the game’s paytable either, but it can substitute for all other game symbols except the Strikers. 

The two strikers represent the game’s Scatter symbol. This only appears only on reels 2, 3 and 4, but landing just two examples will return your stake. If you manage to spin up three Scatters with a single spin, you’ll trigger the game’s Striker Goes Wild Bonus feature.

As soon as the feature bonus is activated all symbols are removed from the reels temporarily while the game switches to show a football pitch. The ball is passed between players in a pattern that results in a goal, leaving all squares the ball has landed in white. Once a goal has been scored the symbols return to the reels, except that every white square where the ball landed is replaced by a Wild. This can result in some very generous cash payouts, particularly if the goal was scored to the left of the reels.
