How to Win

The format of The Shadow Order is a bit different from traditional slots:

• Instead of having reels where the symbols spin around, this slot features symbols that drop from the top of the screen.
   
• To hit winning combinations, you have to land three or more symbols in horizontal or vertical row.
   
• This slot features cascading wins, as well. So, when you hit a winning combination, the symbols involved in the win will disappear.
   
• New symbols will take their places, and the process will continue until you can’t land any more wins.

Orbs and Characters

At the top of the game, there are three orbs that are waiting to be charged. Once three consecutive cascades occur, the first orb will be charged and will drop onto the reels to become a wild. If the orb lands in one of the hotspots, it will activate one of three bonuses:

• Blue Orb of Destruction: destroys all low-paying symbols
   
• Green Orb of Creation: adds between 3 and six wilds
   
• Purple Orb of Preservation: destroys all symbols except the highest-paying symbol and the other orbs

There are four different characters in The Shadow Order, and each one has their own special power that boosts your winning potential.

You can unlock characters by collecting rings. Once you’ve unlocked all four, you can toggle between them to make the bonus feature active that you most enjoy:

• Molly: fills up the charge metre for the orb and brings the first orb into play
   
• Billy: turns low-paying symbols into high-paying symbols
   
• Archie: adds a random wild to every wheel
   
• Amarillo: removes all low and medium paying symbols, replacing them high only high-paying symbols

Free Spins

Beside the reels is a free spins metre. As you collect orbs, the metre will increase. If you manage to collect all three orbs in a single spin, you’ll trigger the free spins bonus.

During the free spins round, the orbs will remain above the reels until a spin with no win occurs. When this happens, the orb will drop down onto the game. If the orb manages to make its way down to the lower right-hand corner, your multiplier will increase by 1x and you’ll receive 2 additional free spins.

The orb will then make its way back up to the top of the reels and the process will repeat itself, so there are unlimited free spins and multipliers here.
