The Invaders

Based on the 1898 novel by writer H. G Wells that is considered one of the first great sci-fi stories, this slot takes the fear of extra-terrestrial life and runs with it. The eerie and atmospheric soundtrack comes from Jeff Wayne’s 1978 musical version of the book, which included spoken word from Richard Burton, and helps makes the worrying theme still feel relevant today.

The look of the slot does seem quite old-fashioned, with no fancy graphics; you'll just see unsettling images of the Martian invasion in full swing.
