In addition to the Wild, the gamble feature can also help you win big by giving you the chance to wager your winnings on a double-or-nothing card game.

To take part, simply hit ‘gamble’ after any win and you’ll be taken to an alternative screen where you will find four cards: two Jokers and two other cards. These will be flipped upside down and scrambled, and you need to find one of the Jokers to double your winnings. If you select a non-Joker, you’ll lose the lot.

Overall, we found Wooden Fruits to be a brilliant addition to the fruit-themed slots category with some wonderful graphics and animations plus simple, traditional gameplay that’s hard to criticise.
