Boss Bear Slot Review

Graphics and Theme

Away from the tranquil bamboo forests of Big Bamboo, Boss Bear is set in the underworld of the animal kingdom. The game has a dangerous, gangster sort-of style as you get involved with the Boss Bear of a notorious crime syndicate.

As always Push Gaming has done a fantastic job in communicating its theme. There is an impressive attention to detail in the game’s background that features a foreboding back alley and an ominous fog rolling through the streets.

Reveal Symbols

Like in Razor Shark and Big Bamboo, players will find Reveal Symbols. These land in stacks anywhere on the reels and nudge downwards with all positions displaying the same symbol on every subsequent spin.

Golden Reveal Symbols

When Reveal Symbols land on between 3 and 5 reels in a row, they will all turn into Golden Reveal Symbols. This triggers the Coin Feature.

Coin Feature

During this feature, all of the Golden Reveal Symbols spin, and they can reveal the following:

• Instant Prize Symbols: between worth 1x and 1000x the stake
• Multipliers: a 2x, 3x,5x or 10x multiplier for all of the revealed coin values
• Scatters: which can trigger the free spins round
• Collectors: collects the value of all coins to create one large prize in its position
• Nudges: causes the stack to expand to cover the entire reel

Free Spins Bonus

When you land three or more scatters, you’ll trigger the free spins round. The number of scatters will determine how your bonus plays out:

• 3 scatters: 7 regular free spins
• 4 scatters: 8 free spins with two low-paying symbols transformed into Reveal Symbols
• 5 scatters: 9 free spins with four low-paying symbols transformed into Reveal Symbols

During this round, there is a bonus meter which collects scatters. Whenever you’ve collected four scatters, one low symbol is converted into a Reveal Symbol, more free spins (between 2 and 4) are awarded and a multiplier (between 2x and 10x)  will apply.
