Theme, Graphics & Soundtrack

World Match have chosen Genghis Khan to be the main character of this slot and they have really put some effort into creating an engaging theme. The founder and first Emperor of the Mongol Empire, Genghis Khan established the largest land army in history after pretty humble beginnings. After Khan united nomadic tribes from the Mongolian plateau, he went on to conquer large areas of central Asia and China. The theme is executed well here, with a background showing a Mongolian landscape, with lush green grass, swaying flowers and Mongolian huts dotted on the hillside. The reels themselves are full of themed symbols, so we see Genghis himself as the game’s wild and he is joined by a wolf, a sword, a pair of boots, a treasure chest and what appears to be an empress. 

There are some really effective animations on the reels, including the cascading reels with disappearing symbols and the eagle flying over the reels. The soundtrack features some atmospheric music which adds to the playing experience.
