Our Verdict

The Sakura Legend represents a lot of what is good in Asian themed slots. Beautiful graphics span a selection of traditional oriental icons and landscape, bringing some sophistication and culture to the slot genre.

The missed opportunity here, of course, is to extend beyond basic slot gameplay in a way that truly makes use of the possibilities of online gaming. Betixon needs to consider introducing bonus features that take the player beyond what is possible in traditional manual slots. The graphics and soundtrack can provide differentiation that might amuse players for a short while, but the real point of difference for online slots is always the features.

Without the ability to win big money and with only medium volatility, it’s more of a serene rather than thrilling ride.
