Fire Horse Review
Glowing red and orange flames on a black background instantly portray the drama of this five-reel game which is based on a Chinese zodiac sign.
Those born in the year of the Horse are known for being high-spirited, lively and flamboyant, which is exactly what Fire Horse offers for both low- and high-end gamers.
It has an amazing array of features centred around an icy blue horse and a horse surrounded by flickering flames.
Jack, Queen and King symbols are pictured in green, purple and red, with a blue horse medallion and green crystals, while the Spin button is surrounded by fire in the same way as the horse.
The soundtrack is dramatic too, with thundering drums and flashing fireworks going off when you spin a winning combo.
How to Play
Although 720 ways to win might sound complicated, the gameplay is not difficult, with the aim being to spin multiple symbols. The screen is simply laid out, with the Coin Value, Total Bet, Spin, Win and Balance buttons going left to right.
Fire Horse has an unusual hexagonal design with a different number of symbols on each reel.
There are three symbols on reels one and five, four on reels two and four and the middle reel has five.
The blue Ice Horses pay up to 300 coins, while the golden Fire horses pay up to 400. But the Fire Horse logo is what you really want to land, as it offers the standard symbol top prize of 1,000 coins when you spin five in a row.
The Scatters are a glowing green crystal and a terracotta pot, and the Bonus is a purple jewel. Landing three, four or five of the crystals anywhere on the reels gets you 2x, 10x of 50x your bet.
The Wild symbol, which can also be stacked. appears on the second, third and fourth reels and substitutes for all symbols except the Scatter and Bonus. It is simply represented by the word ‘Wild’ in pale blue but has the advantage of being able to appear stacked to take up the whole reel, which gives players a real shot at some great winning combinations.
If you land five of the purple jewel bonus symbols on consecutive reels, this triggers the Free Spins round.
There are eight free games to be had, but these can be boosted to a massive 96 free games thanks for the MultiWay Xtra feature, and free spins can be re-triggered, giving players the chance of 240 free spins in total if they spin four blue jewel symbols.
This fiery, equine-themed game gallops along with enough to keep all types of players entertained.
Its symbols pay out well, there are stacked wilds and the free spins bonus round is fast-paced.
Great graphics, an array of great prizes and an unusual theme will make you want to take hold of the reins on your PC, mobile and tablet.
